Shipping Policy

Kaydesi delivers products to over 18,000 pin codes in India. We work closely with big affiliate delivery partners like BlueDart & Delhivery to ensure that the orders are delivered in 3-5 days from the date of order placement.

Our delivery partners make every possible effort to notify you about the delivery status at multiple stages – right from the time of dispatching the parcel from our warehouse!

While we aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible, there might be some delays in case of any embargo or public holidays. Our delivery teams will be in touch to update you on the same.

The delivery partners will connect with to confirm on the time of delivery. In case you are not available to receive the parcel, you can reschedule the same and the order will be delivered at a time of your convenience.

Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,500.
There’s a small shipping fee of Rs. 40 on orders below Rs. 1,500.

Loss in Transit

Under very rare scenarios where your parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange for another shipment if the product is available in stock; or refund the amount for prepaid orders if we are out of stock for the products you ordered.

Returns

If due to some reason you wish to return the product, the cost of such returns will be borne by us. In extremely rare cases where we are unable to arrange for a pickup, we request you to ship the product to our warehouse and we will reimburse the shipping cost to you!
