Payment Policy
We offer ease of order placement through multiple payment modes for customers in India. Customers can pay online using their credit cards, debit cards, e-wallet & net banking; or opt for paying cash at the time of receiving the order.
All the orders placed by you are invoiced by our business entity “Kings” and the payments are collected through an affiliate payment gateway for prepaid orders and through our delivery partners for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
For orders placed on COD mode, please ensure that you pay the exact amount to the delivery person. The delivery agents follow norms set by the delivery companies and will not be able to handover the parcel without collecting the payment for it.
For prepaid orders, your payment-related information are never disclosed or shared with third parties or employees. Payments are processed through highly secured servers and the relevant information is stored in encrypted forms. Please do not share any OTP, CVV or online banking passwords with any employee, representative or delivery partners.
In certain scenarios where the payments has been processed through your banking partner, but your order was not placed, we request you to wait for 3 working days as the same is generally reversed. If you do not see any reversal transactions within the said time, please get in touch with your banking partner for reversal.
