Returns & Refund Policy

Kaydesi lays significant emphasis on customer satisfaction. All our outfits are designed and manufactured with international quality standards, keeping in mind what’s the best for our customers from across the world.

It is a very rare scenario to receive a damaged outfit from us, as all our outfits undergo a 9-level quality check process to ensure that you get a flawless piece!

However, if you are not satisfied with the outfits, you can call us or e-mail us within 15 days of receiving the order to place a return request. We accept returns under the below mentioned scenarios –

  1. Incorrect size – if you happened to order a wrong size or the outfit does not fit you well
  2. Damage – if the product has a physical damage like stains, holes, etc.
  3. Design – if you did not like the product

We are happy to accommodate your return request with an exchange. In case we are out of stock for the designs you ordered, we will process the return request at the earliest for you! Please make sure that the outfits are returned with original labels, tags and packaging.

Refunds for all return requests will be processed within 3 working days from the date a parcel has been received to our warehouse. However, we will not be able to process any return request/refund under following scenarios –

  1. Outfit was altered/customized as per your request
  2. Return request was raised after 15 days from the date of delivery
  3. Outfits were used/washed
  4. Outfits were not sent with the original labels, tags and packaging
  5. Missing parts of the outfits – such as bottom, dupatta, belt, accessories, etc.
